Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts that can be vegan or non-vegan! Serve these Brussels sprouts as a delicious appetizer or side dish or pair with a complete protein to add some greens to your meal. For the non-vegan version, simply replace the vegan parmesan or regular diary parmesan.
Ingredients
Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs vegan parmesan or homemade vegan parmesan
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a stovetop pot and fill them with water to cover the Brussels sprouts.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and drain the water. Rinse with cool water.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and transfer them to a baking sheet.
- Evenly coat the brussels sprouts with olive oil, vegan parmesan, and seasoning.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly roasted.
- Serve fresh and enjoy.
