Guacamole
Ingredients
3-4 avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/4 c. white onion, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 c. cilantro, minced
Directions
- Halve the avocados, remove pits, and use a fork to mash the avocados into a large bowl.
- Prepare remaining vegetables and add to the avocados.
- Add lime juice, seasonings, and cilantro.
- Mix thoroughly, taste, and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes and serve with chips or a dish.
